Objective of Work Package : This WP ensures the smooth coordination and implementation of LimEATS and that project deliverables and milestones are achieved. It will facilitate scientific, technical and financial coordination across work packages and partners, establish mechanisms for internal feedback and collaboration with the International Advisory Board and Steering Committee, and coordinate communication and dissemination activities to maximise the scientific, societal and policy relevance of the project.
Methodology :WP4 will coordinate the scientific, technical, administrative and financial implementation of LimEATS through regular communication and feedback between WP leaders, research partners and societal stakeholders. Annual project meetings and biannual meetings with the Steering Committee and International Advisory Board will support coordination, monitor progress and provide external feedback on the project’s scientific approach. WP4 will oversee project reporting and data management, including the development of a Data Management Plan and the implementation of FAIR principles and relevant data-protection requirements. WP4 will also coordinate the project’s communication and dissemination strategy. A project website and social-media presence will communicate project activities and findings, while scientific results will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and conferences. Wider audiences, including policymakers, local communities and the public, will be reached through policy briefs, popular-science communication, blog posts, newsletters and participation in public and policy events. Communication activities will build on the networks of project partners and support the uptake of LimEATS results by relevant scientific and societal actors.
Output : Effective coordination and implementation of LimEATS, including project reporting, a Data Management Plan, annual project meetings, and a comprehensive communication and dissemination framework supporting the scientific, societal and policy uptake of project results.
